Thank you for this tool !
i recently used isoswitch in order to analyse one single-cell RNA-seq sample using promethIONT sequencing device with the 10X barcoding system. But i didn't find any mono-iso gene, is it possible ? or perhaps i missed something ?
Any help would be great !
