Outputted grade values might not be valid (i.e.: not in [ABCDF]) due to user error in D2L. Provide assistance/guidance to users to reduce confusion.

In Grades > Settings > Org Unit Display Options > Student View Display Options the Grade scheme symbol was not selected. Once we selected Grade scheme symbol the export grades tool did indeed export the letter grade from the scheme.
This is not in the instructions, so not sure if it is a bug or something overlooked.
