Mapped courses export as a single grades file #2

Mapped courses are listed and exported as one whole course. Users need to be able to select specific sections and export each section individually.

For each course offering, need to see if there is more than one section. If so, display the sections as choices, instead of the course offering.

Added sections as optgroup options in commit af56af79ae136b62c0ff7de2c8382ceb33c86d8c. Made functional by commit 2871bcad5b042cdeae69c88812df8ac87f136c3e.
