Added Menu for direct access to important links in README.md #31

Added a menu bar for ease of access to important links, direct access to Youtube video without having to scroll through the entire README. Added video screenshot to enhance the look of README Formatted the writings and headings.

Suggested edit : Could provide a similar navbar for the Spotify Recommender System website.
