Add placeholders for Windows and Mac client downloads #196

Currently it isn't obvious which file patients should download from the list of releases on GitHub. We could add placeholders to the email templates, which will resolve to the latest client release when emailed to patients.

(Primarily for Windows?) This sounds like a good idea -- anything to make it easier (even if easy already!).
