This is superseded by https://github.com/ucam-department-of-psychiatry/camcops/pull/244 which extracts common ISAAQ functionality into base classes. There's probably not much point in reviewing this one.

Either way, please review https://github.com/ucam-department-of-psychiatry/camcops/pull/241 first as this is branched off edeq-dev

Looks great. Although several typos in the original; I have edited a little more.
