qhelpgenerator tool is not created by the Qt build script on Linux #334

Our build_qt.py script fails to create libexec/qhelpgenerator (from qttools) in the install directory when building linux_x86_64. This means that we can't use our own build of Qt on Linux for cross-compiling the Android client. Workaround is to use an official Qt release.
