New command crate_anon_researcher_report, to produce a research-friendly PDF (per BU, JL). Reads the database and the data dictionary.
I see unrelated bug in the installer workflow (?change to python_on_whales or dependencies?). Not yet fixed.

git cherry-pick d605cdb867a6045652e770ead6a6c1a09dd28441 should fix that.

It looks good so far. I was wondering if there would be a way of doing the pagination without JavaScript.

I think possible but without styling etc., via e.g. "--header-right"; there's discussion at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7174359/how-to-do-page-numbering-in-header-footer-htmls-with-wkhtmltopdf . Will make a few other tweaks. Thank you!
