Documentation for crate_subset_db missing from docs at https://crateanon.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ancillary/ancillary_tools.html . Possibly the docs for crate_researcher_report and crate_subset_db should be moved to this section (currently at "6. Anonymisation"), or cross-linked.
