Anon config file parsed incorrectly with Windows and Linux line endings #94

We suspect there may be a problem when the anonymisation config file contains both Windows (\r\n) and Linux (\n) line endings (possibly only on Windows).

No, the problem was spurious leading whitespace in a config file
