Add open graph tags and update favicon #12

This PR adds open graph tags and a preview image to display in social media and chat apps. It also updates the favicon to a new, better looking version.

Let's hold off on merging this until we are up to date with the latest changes in ts-ucan or we pin to an older version of ts-ucan.
