Explore hosting ucan.xyz off of fission infra until redirects is available #39

Problem: you can't deeplink eg https://ucan.xyz/about

The solution is redirects, currently being contributed to IPFS from fission. This is taking a while and currently people can't casually deeplink to a route in svelte:
