Add `ucan-ipld` to the Introduction

The introduction describes UCANs as a JWTs, but ucan-ipld makes it possible to work with UCAN in other, more compact formats.

Let's add a section to the Introduction page that mentions ucan-ipld and when a developer might want to use it.
