More guidance for managing & revoking #77

At IPFS Camp in July, some potential users had questions about token management & revocation. @expede provided IRL answers that seemed to satisfy them; seems like that knowledge would be good to publish.

It could be in a "Token Management" section in the Introduction page, after Hashing.
If there's a backlog of similar-level questions, it could go in a new catch-all "Usage" or "FAQ" section.

Great feedback, thanks @mishmosh ! I'm currently exploring having someone develop new materials including for the website (possibly a redesign). Keep the feedback coming; it's helpful for deciding what needs to go in there :)
