https://github.com:sehuang/240b_AB_HS.git/ not found in submodule #11

When I run the command git submodule update --init --recursive to clone the repository https://github.com:sehuang/240b_AB_HS.git/, It gives the following error:

git clone  https://github.com:sehuang/240b_AB_HS.git
Cloning into '240b_AB_HS'...
fatal: repository 'https://github.com:sehuang/240b_AB_HS.git/' not found

I have personally checked https://github.com:sehuang, the repository either does not exist or it is private. Please share alternate solution for it. Thanks in Advance.
