Hi,

I would like use BAG2 and try to integrate it with a 28nm pdk. I just want to know what files that I need to modify because n28 is a planar type mosfet instead of finfet like cds_ff_mpt.

No I never worked on BAG2. I might suggest moving to BAG3, as I'm not sure how actively managed BAG2 is anymore.
