Don't merge yet, awaiting fpga build confirmation.

Confirmed working on the FPGA. I'm fine with merging if you think it looks good @donggyukim.

Do we need to copy the code for emulation(mmio_f1.{h, cc}, emul_f1.v)? They look the same as mmio_zynq.{h, cc} and emul_zynq.v, respectively.

No, they're the same, I will use those instead.
