Update the "My (BRC|LRC) Cluster Projects" table to include a fourth column "Service Units" that displays USED/TOTAL (USED %) (e.g., "100000.00/300000.00 (33.33 %)").
It can be formatted the same as in the "Allocations" table on the Project detail view. Refer to the code there for retrieving the information.
Make the text a link to the Allocation detail view.
Not all projects have allocations that have a "Service Units" AllocationAttribute. For these, display "N/A".
