Sorry again for the trivial question.

What is the difference between json files in the 'seed' folders and which are not? I'm trying to train the network with COCO2017 datatset but kinda lost here.

Are they also generated with a random seed as well or do they have some specific purposes?

These files are essentially seed 0. See this comment. Results are also provided for seed 0
