mAP is all 0

I use one gpu to train and test one the voc dataset. Why I got a result that show all classes map50 is 0? How could I solve this problem?

no，when i evaluated the model ,the maps were 0(all categories) .i thought maybe i didn't get the proper pretrained weight. i am trying to get it through
