Need definition of a cycleway left turn guideway #1

A bicycle lane ls typically on the right side. Making a left turn from the right most lane looks risky. People with bicycles are using crosswalks to traverse streets. What would be a guideway in this case?

Implement a bicycle left turn as a pedestrian crossing the intersection with 90 degree turn
