Through guideways are not computed #30

Intersections of Bryant Street with 2nd Street and with 3rd Street do not generate THROUGH vehicle guideways on Bryant. KML file for Bryant & 2nd and KML file for Bryant & 3rd.

I use crop radius 80.

The root cause was that the lane type was set to "none" in the input data. I will treat this type as "" meaning that all directions are allowed.
