Create "Hello World" instructions #36

Hello world instructions are optimized for just trying out Skyhook but do not create a development environment. The instructions assume a running Nautilus Ceph deployment in Kubernetes.

[ ] Installation instructions of Skyhook in Rook/Ceph assuming sysadmin access to a functioning Ceph deployment in a Kubernetes cluster
[ ] Installation instructions of Python Skyhook client
[ ] Generation of example table with Python client
[ ] Example queries over that table

Once a sysadmin has accomplished all four steps, she can share the setup with other users who can install their own Python Skyhook client, connect to the Skyhook instance, and go through the example queries. So the documentation should point sysadmins and non-sysadmins in the right directions. So:
