The Docker instructions are assuming a forked Ceph respository.

[ ] Adapt build instructions (e.g. these)
[ ] Explain the role of vstart.sh
[ ] Explain the role of micro-osd.sh
[ ] Add high-level introduction to Popper and how it's being used to automate development tasks

This should belong to a milestone about instructions on how to create a Skyhook development environment.

@jlefevre can we use this issue to list the things that should be improved in terms of documentation targeted to developers and new contributors? I know you have suggested some but I lost track of which ones. I updated the issue with the things I have on my end.
