Toolbar icons don’t work when you click on them (ie Add or Modify Data, Generate Map, Query HUC Sources) but in the PISCES toolbox, these tools work.

I removed the shortcuts on toolbar for PISCES tools. Not necessary to include since user can always use the toolbox to open tools.
