Synchronize names of observation types with map layer names #139

Hey Andy,

One thing that came up with Rod and Steve was that observation types were relatively confusing when we actually delved into them, in part because the terminology in the database (and in Add or Modify data) differed from the terminology that comes out of map documents. I'm hoping that you could change the table for observation types to align the terminology with what comes out in Main Range Maps map documents, and that should update the controls in the toolbox. Let me know if I'm not being clear. Thanks!

Can we also update the toolbox label for the selection box?
