Does the toolbox show in generated maps? #144

Hey Andy,

The toolbox wasn't appearing in generated maps, and I added it in, but I'm not sure it will persist on a different computer where everything is located in a different spot. Will you pull the latest changesets and generate a map, then tell me if the toolbox shows up in that map document? Thanks!

Toolbox successfully added to output maps for main range maps, unlimited and inset. I was unable to test the other map set due to issue #145.

Great - marking as resolved - working on #145 now
