Richness maps - No group specified #145

Latest change set (b179cc9) broke the richness map output (Native, Nonnative, Species Richness, Richness Difference, All Diversity) . Traceback reports that no group specified.

@ambell did the maps seem to look correct when you generated them? A lot of queries were modified - I think they should all be good, but just be on the lookout for any weirdness. Some of it, at least, was moved into database views, so that should make these more consistent. Thanks
