Richness difference map has incorrect legend #159

Andy, would you be able to fix the legend on the richness difference map? It shows correctly in the TOC, but not in the composed map. If you don't have time, feel free to assign to me. See attached screenshot for what it's doing now.

Richness difference basemap is richness_lite.mxd. MXDs impacted are Sensitive Native Taxa, All Diversity, Richness Difference, Downstream Diversity, Sensitivity_Metrics. New basemaps might be necessary for the mxds included in the cdfw map user profile.

Hey Andy,

That traceback is because it can't find the reference layer in the map document. Did it get removed somehow? I'm updating the error message to be clearer about that.
