Queries that refer to species, assuming they are all fish, need to now refer to the query "fish_species" since Species now has amphibs. species data structures in PISCES should stay the same since they will be needed for appropriate lookups, but all callbacks and map queries need updates.

The queries have now been updated, but performance of the queries is not yet verified.
