Fish group in pisces tool's group selector #180

Drop down selector menu is not working for the "Fish" group in the PISCES toolbox. All other groups seem to work.

The "Fish" group does not get added to the holder box when it is selected from the menu.

Error message: Error 000800 the value is not a member of ...

I experienced something similar with a handful of groups in the matrix tool as well, running ArcGIS 10.3.1 on Windows 10.

Workaround (that you probably already know, but in case anyone else comes) is to select Native_Fish and Non_Native_Fish groups
