Add replacement variables for queries to access hq_collections and presence type variables #56

We're getting a LOT of queries. Let's add a replacement variable for queries to load the variables as defined in PISCES

To clarify for Nick, I think these are replacement variables to use in the stored queries that will use the global variables and replace them in the queries (like {bind})
