It should be a map of CA, with a decent basemap (configurable so that you can get more "nearby info") that when you click on a HUC, pops up with information on all of the stats of that HUC with information on where that HUC's numbers fit into a distribution (ideally by showing that distribution, highlighting the current value).
It would also be great to be able to click on a species when it's listed in a HUC and have all of the HUCs with that species get highlighted.
