So that we can define static sources that don't change, then also add the data for the records that made the map.

Scheduling for version 1.7. Main way to do this would be to have sources get pulled in for each query at the time of initial selection (allow it to be null). It could pull in the list of dataset ids, and using a lookup table, translate those to the sources. For the full map, it can deduplicate all of the records to a single master value
