Jeff put the install code at C:\PISCES\pisces-1.7alpha1, which would make install impossible (since C:\PISCES can't point to the software). make the installer check if it's located in any subfolder of that. If it is, alert the user to rename the folder and run again.

No longer an issue with new installer and no need for the hard link at C:\PISCES
