Issue with changed PoD service causing interface to fail #19

The web map fails to display the required information because the Point of Diversion layer from the SWRCB server no longer returns the same values it used to. I'm struggling to recall the exact issues, but from digging into the web application, it was expecting one format from the SWRCB server, but not getting that data (maybe a variable is missing, or isn't available via a query or something)

OK, that's right - it's that they removed the location information from their web service for points of diversion. There are no more fields for latitude or longitude, which we relied on. Trying to figure out approach here
