Helpful hints for search

Bill suggested to put a helpful hints asterisk for Search to clarify what its current capabilities and limitations are (e.g. boolean AND search, plural forms may return different results.") If there is an elegant way to do it, it may be worth adding a note that the search functionality is still being built out.

@Vensberg I have two solutions to propose for this issue:

1. Add a FAQ about this issue. This is a good place to include the mention search is still in development and maybe include planned future features if there are some.
2. Add a tool tip to the homepage that opens when hovered or clicked.

@wrenaria , I like the hover-over question tip. The message about "AND" should be that the keywords are automatically combined with "AND" for search.

@UcDust I've added this new feature to the MVP home screen in Figma. It should open on hover and on click. Interaction showing the overlay is viewable in preview/present modes.
