List test case suggestions here. When they are accepted they will converted into issues

Test case suggestions:

[ ] Given static coordinates, for a preselected image, send tesseract request and assert that
- [ ] generate url is correct
- [ ] returned data from tesseract is consistent
[ ] Given a tesseract response, assert parser converts correctly.
