Free code camp has an intro to JavaScript that can be used to refresh your understanding of JavaScript. It has an estimated time of ten hours but I think most of us won't need to do the entire training and even if you do it won't take that long.

Another option is the ten days of JavaScript that you can find on HackerRank. This is less hand holding then the other one and has GUI a calculator as the last project. https://www.hackerrank.com/domains/tutorials/10-days-of-javascript
