Remove duplicate Eastman photos #2

@EricNebeker identified some duplicate issues with some of the eastman digital records. These are shown in the spreadsheet

Once, the metadata is removed, the associated fcrepo and cloud entries need to be removed as well.

I've updated the spreadsheet and added a column on my proposals. I'm mostly suggesting removing the duplicates, sine a number of them don't have metadata. It looks like some of the proposed changes have already been implemented
