[UX/UI] bookreader slider glitchy in single page mode #207

Describe the bug The bookreader navigation in single page mode jumps around when navigating to a later page in the item (last half) by clicking on the jquery ui slider.

Likely this has to do with the pageTops computation, but will need to troubleshoot.
