sandbox ui updates from testing

This should include the following:

• remove extra calls to client-edits api just to get featured image for collections. leverage new graph data from collection api
• item page, New Image button text doesn’t look good with large screens, doesn’t scale well
• collection browse page and collection tiles, 0 items should be hidden at first while loading or 0 items
• on search page, don’t show 0 results until results load
• 10000 items label still busted…. Now doesn’t have + in label, although pagination does work
• page 2 of browse collections sometimes refresh goes to first page
