Map: Mouseover on dots should show subject name

When you mouseover a dot on the map, it should show the name of the item, like so:

This only happens on individual dots, not on clusters.

This seems a bit buggy/needs some polish. The name labels aren't placed the same on mouseover and click, so it jumps around and sometimes both stay visible, making the label box look extra tall.

Also, when a connection is selected where the name shows below and you mouseover a name, it looks a little weird:

And it gets even weirder -- I went to Chardonnay map after playing on JOP and it looks like this:
