Map: Add image credit to Subject panels #31

This isn't currently in the mock-ups, but it seems like the right thing to do. Let's add an image credit in the Subject panels on the map. This will be the last thing in the panel:

Usually I avoid adding more colors to our palette, but I think we need it. I'll update design spec file to reflect this change.

Text styles: size 12, italic Color: #767676 / stone

Image Credit info is included in Trello data:

If there is no info under Image Credit, don't show anything at all.

Image credit is there, but clicking the link doesn't do anything. It should open the associated image source URL in a new tab.

The link should open in the new tab, not replace Intertwine.
