Mouseover text needs fixed for names and roles on profile pages #271

Two mouseovers are confusing/incorrect and need adjusted.

  1. Mouse over text for the Edit button under name currently says Edit Positions but no positions are listed here anymore. This is confusing. Change the text to say Edit Name. Screen Shot 2021-10-08 at 3 36 21 PM

  2. The Roles section says Edit Positions on mouseover. It would be better for these to match. Please change mouseover to say Edit Roles. Screen Shot 2021-10-08 at 3 36 36 PM
