There is a pretty common set of layers that are used when we visualize the data in QGIS. If we can create these with a simple script, that would be great. My inclination would be something like;
make d7c889-006.qlr and this would
-1 Download the image from sandbox - (to ark_87287/d7c889/media/images/d7c889-006.jpg)
-2 Use the template.qlr file, and rewrite so we get all the words and lines, etc into the layer
Then we can quickly add the layer to see a new test image.
