more citation issues #66

Sometimes the bot messes up citations and markdown won't show a citation footnote if it doesn't match an earlier citation.

Possible solutions:

  1. Update system prompt to give more examples of good references and make it more clear how to write references. Possibly change references to not use markdown and then convert later, so that we don't hide bad formats
  2. update markdown fixer to handle this case of non-matching citations.
