Remove Account Manager Approval #319

Currently, the system requires an account manager approval. This is a duplicate effort for true account managers as they have to approve them in both the Prepurchasing System as well as KFS. I would like to suggest that we remove the Account Manager approval from the Prepurchasing system. I have come up with a workaround where I assign that role to the lab manager but then they are required to approve it twice. I have looked into autoapproval, however, if you use this function you are not able to initiate autoapproval and choose the account to charge. If you feel this is a feature that is no longer required please vote for this change! Thank you!

There is no need for account managers to approve orders in OPP and KFS. This is a duplicate effort.

A couple things: 1) The order may not go to KFS and this is not determined until the order hits the purchaser approval. 2) For the vast majority of our users, having an account manager approval is wanted and was part of the original specification.

It can't be changed at this time.
