With the following inputs:

Latitude: 37.874369
Longitude: -120.477336
Treatment: Commercial Thin
Capacity Factor: 80

Harvest cost is $17 for every year

on hold until the forest treatments are finalized and newly treated data are produced and imported to the database

With the recent updates, harvest cost is not a constant anymore
