ERPLAB Toolbox is a free, open-source Matlab package for analyzing ERP data. Running pop_artmwppth through gui or scripting will not remove a flagged epoch after review if the epoch marked is the first epoch and the only epoch marked, or if all flags are removed.

Remove all flags after detection.
Expected behavior:
Flagged epoch(s) are updated; removing the flags in EVENTLIST and/or EEG.reject
